Before accessing BeyondDone.com (referred to as ‘Site’), please take a moment to review the following Terms of Use. By using our App or visiting any page on our Site, you hereby consent to adhere to the most recent version of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. General

Greetings from BeyondDone LLC (‘BeyondDone’, ‘we’, ‘us’). BeyondDone offers a platform designed to increase productivity for Users of our Site. (Hereafter, the Site may collectively be referred to as the ‘Service’). Your use of the platform, including the Site, is contingent upon the Terms of Use outlined below, which are in effect at the time of account registration. BeyondDone does not recognise any alternate general terms and conditions unless they are expressly accepted by BeyondDone in writing. By using the Site or acquiring a paid subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the validity and applicability of these terms and conditions.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the services.

2. User Accounts

Upon registering for an account with BeyondDone, you affirm that the information you furnish is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your Service account. Registration for a BeyondDone account is free of charge. By registering, you are entering into an agreement with BeyondDone, granting you unlimited, complimentary access to the platform. However, to unlock BeyondDone’s premium features, you will need to purchase a subscription from us.

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account, including but not limited to controlling access to your devices and account. You acknowledge your accountability for any activities or actions conducted under your account. In the event of any security breach or unauthorised use of your account, it is your obligation to promptly inform us. We retain the right to decline service, terminate accounts, modify or remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Purchases

Should you wish to acquire any product or service offered through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be requested to provide specific information pertaining to your Purchase, which may include, but is not limited to, your credit card number and the expiration date of your credit card. You assert and affirm that: (i) you possess the legal authority to utilise any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in conjunction with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you furnish to us is accurate, truthful, and complete. To facilitate payment processing and the execution of Purchases, the Service may employ the assistance of third-party services. By submitting your information, you grant us the authority to share this information with said third parties, subject to the conditions outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Availability, Updates, And Inaccuracies

We consistently refresh our product and service selections on the Service. Occasionally, there may be delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertisements on external websites. Information presented on the Service may include errors or inaccuracies and may not always be comprehensive or up-to-date. Products or services could be incorrectly priced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service, and we cannot ensure the precision or entirety of all information featured on the Service.

Consequently, we retain the prerogative to modify or enhance information and rectify errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, without the need for prior notification.

5. Paid Subscription

5.1 Subscription Details

All BeyondDone subscriptions start as 30-day free trials. No payment information is required to start a subscription.

During those 30 days, a payment method can be added to the account by clicking "Billing" in the navigation and updating the payment method in Stripe. In addition, the subscription billing cadence can be updated to monthly or yearly. By default the subscription will be monthly.

If no payment method is added, access to all BeyondDone features are revoked after the first 30 days. Access can be restored by providing a payment method.

If a payment method is added, the free trial will be converted to a paid subscription after the 30 day free trial period.

Presently, we offer the following subscription/service options:

• BeyondDone Monthly: Billed on a monthly basis.
• BeyondDone Yearly: Billed on a yearly basis.

5.2 Subscription Agreement

Once enrolled in a free trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan through the BeyondDone website. To initiate this process, log into BeyondDone and click "Billing" in the main navigation menu to open up the Stripe settings for your subscription. Here you can provide a payment method as well as update the billing frequency. At the conclusion of your free trial, you will be automatically charged.

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take place at the end of your current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with yoru services, please email us at support@beyonddone.com.

6. Reliance On Provided Information

The information transmitted through BeyondDone’s Service or presented on our Site and App is intended exclusively for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, utility, or safety of this information. Any reliance you choose to place on such information is entirely at your own discretion. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY ARISING FROM ANY RELIANCE PLACED ON SUCH INFORMATION, WHETHER BY YOU OR ANY OTHER VISITOR TO THE SITE, OR BY ANYONE MADE AWARE OF THE CONTENTS OF THE SERVICE.

7. Content

In this context, “Content” encompasses all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or any other material or content that is displayed, employed, or otherwise integrated into the Site or any accompanying materials provided by us.

With the exception of “Your Content” (as defined below), all Content is either owned by us or our third-party licensors and is safeguarded by relevant copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property laws. No element of the Site should be interpreted as granting any license or entitlement to use any of the Content without our express written authorisation. Contingent upon your ongoing adherence to these Terms, we hereby extend to you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sub-licensable license, allowing you to access and use the Site and Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Any utilisation of our names, logos, and trademarks will accrue to our benefit.

8. Accuracy Of Information

Although we endeavour to maintain accuracy, it is possible for information on the site to occasionally include errors or inaccuracies. BeyondDone does not provide any assurances regarding the accuracy or dependability of the content on the site or any text messages we distribute to Users.

9. Copyright Notifications

If you believe that BeyondDone has published Content that infringes upon your copyright, kindly contact us at support@beyonddone.com, and we will promptly address your concerns. We retain the prerogative, at our sole discretion, to remove any Content without prior notice.

10. Your Content & Feedback

“Your Content” pertains to any content you submit to the Site, such as custom to-do items, custom completed items, and the like. While we retain the right, we are not obligated to monitor or screen Your Content. By submitting Your Content, you:

(i) Represent and warrant that you have full legal rights, title, and interest to do so.

(ii) Acknowledge that Your Content will be treated as confidential and will not be publicly visible through the Site.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, improvements, or requests for additional functionality (collectively referred to as “Feedback”), you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, distribute, and create derivative works from such Feedback as we see fit, without any requirement for attribution or accounting to you. This paragraph remains in effect even after the termination or expiration of these Terms or your account on the Site.

You acknowledge and consent that BeyondDone will not be held responsible or liable, either directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss incurred or alleged to be incurred as a result of using or relying on the content, products, or services offered by or through any such third-party websites or services. We strongly encourage you to review the terms of use and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you choose to access.

12. Information Security

While we employ multiple security measures to safeguard your data, it’s important to note that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. Consequently, we cannot assure you that your information will be completely invulnerable to potential threats. BeyondDone has implemented a range of protective measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, use, or disclosure of user information.

Under no circumstances shall BeyondDone, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. (i) Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

(ii) Any conduct or content of any third party using the Service.

(iii) Any content obtained from the Service.

c) The Service is devoid of viruses or other damaging components.

d) The outcomes derived from using the Service will fulfil your requirements.

These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the state of Maryland in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Our failure to enforce any right or provision outlined in these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights.
